Indeed, have you ever contemplated this concept?

A good place to start is to think about Peace as not just the absence of violence or conflict, but rather, ponder Peace in the following ways: As a state of mind? As a way of living? As a way to Peace? Or even as the ultimate achievement of humanity? Then you will move closer towards what ancient cultures aspired to, and the Perennial Wisdom of the ages, & what Eastern cultures and esoteric traditions have practiced. The ancient Chinese character for peace “Ping” is a sign of “Balance” implying that peace is ultimately a balance between the two polarities in life.

For me, Peace is a harmonious balance between the Essence of the Feminine & the Essence of the Masculine. A Universal balance between the Yin & the Yang of creation.

Peace is lacking in our world today. Not only because of the socio-political-economic globalised system of our world but rather because the system is a symptom of an unbalanced Worldview in which we have been living for centuries now. Any system out of balance cannot last.

August the 26th was Woman’s Equality Day and we hosted an online happening in which the main topic was “the Rise of the Essence of the Global Feminine”. The main discussion was based on what would our world be like if we lived in a balanced masculine / feminine Zeitgeist?? To clarify I am not talking about Men & Women here, or boys & girls, or the sexes, but rather the Archetype of the two polarities in Life.

Have you ever considered the following:
Logic, Reason, Power, Competition, Domination, Outward, and Active as being Masculine? & Intuition, Creativity, Compassion, Cooperation, Nurturing, Inward, and Passive as being Feminine?

A casual glance at our world today will show that we are living in a most out-of-balance way. We are too Masculine heavy, too much Yang, and therefore non-sustainable.

So COVID19, “The Great Awakener” comes along, at the eleventh-hour, and makes us ashamedly embarrassed at how unprepared we are as a humanity to face any real calamity of any sorts. Shame on us!

World Peace Day is on September 21st, which also happens to be the Autumn Equinox, and we will have our next live streaming broadcast on the night where the panel will discuss “What does Peace mean to you?”. We will also have live music from Nathan Kaye in Australia amongst other peaceful things. Please join us.

Whether it’s Peace in our Minds,
Whether it’s Peace in our Hearts,
Whether it’s Peace in our Homes,
Whether it’s Peace in our Communities,
Whether it’s Peace in our Countries,
Or
Whether it’s Peace in our World…
Peace is the only way.
