MANA! LAUNCHES “HEALTHIER HIPPY HOUR” BAR
HONG KONG (December 6, 2019) – Today, plant-based whole-food & eco-friendly fast casual brand MANA! unveiled its new “healthier hippy hour” bar, offering a variety of organic wines, beers, spirits & snacks. Designed with its health-conscious community in mind, MANA! aims to seamlessly bridge the gap from fitness-to-fun and office hour-to-happy hour.
Awarded Favourite Healthy Restaurant, Best Green Eats, & Best Plant-Based Restaurant for several years in a row, MANA! re-imagines happy hour for its growing health-conscious community by applying its ethos of plant-based whole foods made fresh with the highest-quality, minimally-processed, and organic ingredients at an affordable price point.
The select booze menu features the “G&K” made with organic gin and house-made kombucha, the “Babylon! Brew” gluten-friendly beer, Samuel Smith organic & vegan beers, and a selection of biodynamic, organic and vegan red & white wines. All starting at $50 during Hippy Hour, every day from 6-8pm.
The select bar snacks menu introduces a Vegan Cheese Platter featuring hand-crafted, locally-made vegan cheeses like brie, bleu, and a MANA! zaatar-infused cheese bomb, a mini Mezze Box featuring MANA! favourites such as hummus, baba ghannouj, olives, pickled peppers, kale salad and your choice of wholemeal or gluten-friendly flatbread topped with organic zaatar; Falafel (crispy falafel & mixed bean truffles) & Dips; and perennial favourites, Chips & Dips and Rainbow Yams & Dips. All starting at $50 during Hippy Hour.
“We recognised a gap for those who are transitioning from taking a yoga class to craving a glass of wine with a friend, or the customers who care about what they eat during the work day and don’t want to compromise what they drink for happy hour,” says Bobsy Gaia, MANA!’s founder. “As with all of our offerings, whether it’s our original flats, V-Coffee, or conscious events, we strive for an elevated experience: people-friendly, vegan-friendly, eco-friendly, and gluten-friendly.”
Hippy Hour is now available at MANA! Starstreet (8-10 Queen’s Road East), everyday from 6-8pm.
